What these cover

These terms cover this website, dartsstats.com. They are not API terms: there is no live Darts Stats API yet, and when there is, access will come with its own written agreement covering licensing, redistribution, uptime and support.

This site describes work in progress

Everything described here is a service being built. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver a particular feed, field, competition or date. Where the site shows a sample response or a match panel, it is illustrative, is labelled as such, and contains invented data about people who do not exist.

Accuracy

We take care with what we publish, but this site is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for anything you do, or do not do, on the strength of it.

Independence and trade marks

Darts Stats is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the PDC, the WDF, any tournament organiser, broadcaster or bookmaker. Competition names used on this site belong to their organisers and appear only to describe the scope of the data set.

Our own material

The text, design, code and the Darts Stats name and logo on this site belong to us. Quote a sentence with a link by all means; do not copy the site.
